Exclusion of Liability

Liability for contents.

The contents of our pages were drawn up with the utmost care. However, we cannot take any responsibility for the correctness, completeness and topicality of the contents. As supplier of services we are responsible for our own contents on these pages according to the general laws as per § 7 Par. 1 TMG. As per §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, we are not obliged as supplier of services to supervise transmitted or stored external information or to inquire for circumstances referring to illegal activities. Obligations to delete or block the use of information according to the general laws shall remain unaffected. A liability in this regard, however, shall only be possible from the time of obtaining knowledge of a definite infringement of a right. As soon as we will obtain knowledge of such infringements of rights, we shall delete these contents immediately.

Liability for links.

Our offer includes links to external websites of third parties on the contents of which we do not have any influence. Therefore, we cannot take any responsibility for these external contents. The respective provider or carrier of the websites shall always be responsible for the contents of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked for potential infringements of rights at the time of linking. Illegal contents were not recognizable at the time of linking. A permanent control of the contents of linked pages without any definite indication of an infringement of a right, however, is not reasonable. As soon as we will obtain knowledge of infringements of rights, we shall delete such links immediately.

Copyright.

The contents and works on these pages drawn up by the website providers shall be subject to German copyright. Contributions of third parties shall be marked as such. Reproduction, processing, distribution and any kind of utilization outside the limits of the copyright shall require written consent of the respective author or creator. Downloads and copies of this page shall only be allowed for private, not commercial, use. The providers of the websites shall endeavour to always observe the copyrights of others and/or to fall back on works created by themselves and not under licence.

Data protection.

As far as personal data (e.g. name, address or e-mail addresses) are inquired for on our pages, this is always on a voluntary basis if possible. If possible, the use of offers and services is always possible without stating personal data. We refer to the fact that data transmission in the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) may have security gaps. A complete protection of data from access by third parties is not possible. The use of contact data published within the scope of the imprint obligation by third parties in order to send advertising and information material not expressly requested shall hereby expressly be opposed. The providers of the pages shall expressly reserve legal steps in case of an unordered sending of advertising information, e.g. by spam mails.
